PM MODI's HISTORIC FIRST BILATERAL VISIT TO JORDAN PM Narendra Modi arrived in Jordan on 15 December 2025 at the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. This will be the Prime Minister’s first visit to Jordan. Modi was warmly received by Jordanian Prime Minister Jafar Hassan at the airport and accorded a ceremonial welcome. A Guard of Honour was accorded to the Indian Prime Minister on his arrival. This full-fledged bilateral visit to Jordan is taking place after a 37-year hiatus, coinciding with the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
