This is the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Austria after 41 years. This visit is taking place at a time when India and Austria are celebrating the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations. The Republic of Austria and India established diplomatic relations in 1949. Before this, Indira Gandhi was the last Indian Prime Minister to visit the country in 1983. This visit of PM Modi is not only historic but also very productive. PM Modi said that Austria is our steadfast and reliable partner and both countries share the ideals of democracy and pluralism. NEET PAPER LEAK: MILLIONS OF STUDENTS AT RISK

  The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-UG-24 exam scam came to light on June 4, 2024, after 67 students suspiciously secured full marks. NEET is a national-level entrance exam and the main reason for conducting it is to provide admission to medical UG (Undergraduate) seats in India. The NEET exam is conducted twice a year by NTA (National Testing Agency). The total number of candidates appearing in this year's exam was more than 24 lakh. NTA admitted that there was some irregularity in it. After review, the Ministry of Education handed over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a comprehensive investigation. At present, several debates, protests, and filing of petitions in various orders of courts regarding NEET results and paper leaks are in discussion.
