A  smile   spurs a powerful chemical reaction in the brain that  can make you feel happier . When you smile, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins come into play too. Endorphins act as a mild pain reliever, whereas serotonin is an antidepressant. Indeed, in the human world, a smile serves to be a universal language that connects people of all cultures and civilizations.   Having a goal is essential in the life of every human being. Without a goal, you will not be able to know how far you have to go in life. It is impossible to achieve success without a goal. Therefore, to climb the ladder of success, you must set a goal and stick to that goal. Mahatma Gandhi believed that " W e can change the course of history by staying firm on our goals . Napoleon Hill also talked about the importance of the goal. He put it this way, " G oal is a dream seen with a time limit, for which if a person is ready to put everything at stake, then it will have a day for sure ."  IMPORTANCE AND VALUE OF GOAL Swami Vivekananda describes the importance of a goal in his profound thoughts. " You may make a small goal but you must work hard to achieve that goal and do not stop till that goal is achieved ." When you achieve a goal, you get the confidence to make it big. The importance of goals can also be understood from the  story of Mahabharata .

  Loneliness is a major health concern facing people nowadays. A person surrounded by loneliness becomes the cause of his destruction; he/she starts thinking negatively instead of positively in life. Loneliness gives unwelcome feelings and negative thoughts. As a result, the person who is alone does not like anything good. Other factors also contribute to loneliness are situational variables, such as physical isolation, moving to a new location, and divorce. The death of someone significant in a person’s life can also lead to feelings of loneliness. Loneliness can also be attributed to internal factors such as low self-esteem, anxiety, emotional distress, addictions, or depression. According to the World Health Organization, suicide is the third leading cause of death for young people worldwide and loneliness is the biggest cause of this. Since it is a simple word ‘loneliness’, people do not take it seriously, but looking at the recent situations, countries around the world have no
