A SMILE IS A KEY THAT FITS EVERYONE'S HEART

Science has shown that the mere act of smiling can lift your mood, lower stress, boost your immune system and possibly even prolong your life. A smile spurs a powerful chemical reaction in the brain that can make you feel happier. When you smile, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins come into play too. Endorphins act as a mild pain reliever, whereas serotonin is an antidepressant.

Indeed, in the human world, a smile serves to be a universal language that connects people of all cultures and civilizations. No matter where you go in the world, a kind and open smile paves the way for making new friends and brightening everyone's day. Even when language barriers stop clear communication, a smile shows you mean no harm and want to get along with everyone nearby. In other words, smiles are mostly connected to a positive side and it is understood by everyone.

Not only this, but laughing is also helpful in increasing the immunity of our body and it also strengthens the antibodies in the body.
